MODELS SITTING PRICES:   Sitting Fees
ATTENTION!
Wardrobe and costume are the responsibility and choice of all participating models.

MODELING TERMS:
MyPartyPix.Com owner of PixModels.Com agrees to photograph all models  to produce head and shoulder, formal, casual shots and open choice photos. Sitting to be scheduled by announced dates.  (a) Wardrobe will be solely the responsibility of the model.  (b)  Models are to complete and submit this online Model release form and  a written submission release form prior to being photographed.
All Sitting Fees will Apply  and photos will be granted inclusion in the online modeling galleries for MyPartyPix.Com's model scout programs.  We use submitted personal information to promote and recruit job opportunities through our model agent and and are solely responsible for producing images for the promotion of individual models.  However, we will notify you of the status of any potential leads by agents or  promotion events with MyPartyPix.Com.  (c)  MyPartyPix.Com also reserves the right to exercise all rights and enters in to an agreement with the Model that any future Modeling contracts MyPartyPix.Com generates by direct or indirect referral be negotiated to include MyPartyPix.Com as the model's scout for a %10  fee of future  modeling related proceeds.  All models under 18 must have signed permission from a legal parent or guardian on the model release form to participate.
 

DELIVERY OF IMAGE GALLERY TERMS:
Photos or Web Gallery and Image CD's  will be delivered not more than 30 days from the conclusion of the final shooting of your portfolio event date after photos have been retouched for delivery.

IMAGE OWNERSHIP:
MyPartyPix.Com claims all ownership rights to all contracted image content taken by photographer(s) under contract. Prints will be made available for purchase online at  reasonable established prices.  Models  agree to grant to MyPartyPix.Com a exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license, so that we can download, upload, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photos including your submitted images for the purpose of displaying images to fulfill promotion and advancement for Models or MyPartyPix.Com and or its agents.

TERMS OF NO SHOWS AND RE-SHOOTS: 
Models will be subject to 100% loss of eligibility for any refunds or rescheduling without 48 hr. notice of schedule change.  This will be at the complete discretion of MyPartyPix.Com. RE-SHOOTS are often necessary for the Models to complete and may be requested by MyPartyPix.Com to satisfy the terms of this agreement by the Model.  It should be noted that this is a mandatory request to fulfill both obligations of the Model and MyPartyPix.Com  to promote all the  individual Models, MyPartyPix.Com and Agent Requests. 

TERMINATION OF SERVICES:
(a) MyPartyPix.Com may terminate your eligibility delete any and all information, communications, postings, storage folders and image files at any time, without notice, if you violate this agreement or other policies or guidelines set by MyPartyPix.Com. MyPartyPix.Com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information posted for the Contestant as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in MyPartyPix.Com's judgment are unsuitable or in violation of these Terms and Conditions without prizes or compensation.  Failing to comply with the request for at least one modeling re-shoot if needed will void this contract and any responsibilities of MyPartyPix.Com or its agents.  Models not  participating in a professional manner to create acceptable Images may be terminated without any further obligation by MyPartyPix.Com on, before or during a shoot  at the discretion of the photographer without a refund or a return of deposit.

GOVERNING LAW:
All legal issues and questions arising from or related to the use of this site shall be decided according to the laws of the state of Texas without regard to conflicts of law principles. By using services or content and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Texas with respect to such disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the site or services.

MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS:
MyPartyPix.Com reserves the right to change this contract  at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate an Individual for a lack of communication or participation including but not withstanding a change in contact information without written notice or A FAILURE TO REPLY WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME or 30 Days.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you, the Contestant, and MyPartyPix.Com with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any other agreement, proposals and communications, written or oral, between MyPartyPix.Com.
