This document constitutes a contractual agreement between MY PARTYPIX.COM , referred to as contractor, and 
for photographing the aforementioned organizations annual membership events.

Organization promises to grant exclusive rights to contractor to photograph all organization sponsored events, group and composite photography.  Organization will not allow or contract any other photographic company to photograph any part of any organization sponsored event, composite or other contracted photography.

In exchange for the grant, organization will receive the following:
1) MyPartyPix.Com will provide reliable photographic service and will provide a photographer for any and all online scheduled requests for the organization and online photographs will be available at the fixed price described below.  ( See Terms  # 4  Below )
2) FOR OFFICIAL GREEK ORGANIZATIONS ONLY: At the beginning of this contract the organization will receive a one hundred dallars coupon applicable to any of the semester "Party Pix" online pictures, composites or other online photos. ( Parties are to be Scheduled Online by Organization. see# 4 below)
3) MYPARTYPIX.COM will provide a photographer for any organization sponsored event. The amount of images taken will be left to the discretion of the attending photographer and the individual events must be scheduled at least two days in advance online to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract.  (We will still attempt to fulfill attendance of events regardless of contact notice or not.)
4) The price of “Party Pix” pictures online will remain constant at $4.00 per 4x6 picture, $6.00 5X7 picture and $10.00 for 8X10 picture (+ shipping and sales tax).
5) GRATUITY : The organization or members there of  must purchase at least two ten  dollar coupons for online pictures from the photographer at the beginning each event as gratuity.

The Contract shall be considered broken if organization:
1) Allows any photographic organization or independent individual, (other than organization members photographing for private use),  to photograph any organization sponsored event.
The Contract shall be considered broken if contractor:
2) Fails to provide photographic service after being notified by email, phone, by mail or by personal message.
3) The organization or members there of  must purchase at least two ten  dollar coupons for online pictures from the photographer at the beginning of each event as gratuity.
4) Fails to honor any advertised of contractual agreement to any member of organization.
Spirit of this agreement:
This document is to be considered an honorable agreement between contractor and organization.
All coupons, whether issued or advertised will become invalid and will no longer be honored if organization breaks agreement.

This contract will be considered valid from until one year from contract. 
By submitting this document it is understood that each party is in full agreement and understanding of all points written.
